With over 30 exhibitors the 2008 Partners Expo is the largest to date and we have a number of new partners eager to meet you in addition to many old friends. Be sure to check out the technology and business solutions that can help your institution improve workflow efficiencies, generate revenue and strengthen your competitive advantage. Welcome Dinner & Golf Awards 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm What better way to end the day than with a superbly prepared dinner by the award winning chefs at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the company of COCC personnel, partner representatives, friends and peers. Known throughout the region for its international specialties the dining experience promises to be memorable. Internet Café Open throughout the Conference the Internet Café is the place to explore the latest in technology tools. The Internet Café offers the ability to check your email, check out the latest online news or simply check on the area activities. Thursday, June 12^th The Belle Mer Experience 7:00 pm – 12:00 am Within easy walking distance of the hotel, Belle Mar is located just steps from the oceans’ edge with lavish landscapes, outdoor terraces and sweeping views of the Newport Harbor. We’ll start the evening off at 7:00 pm with a cocktail reception in the open air pavilion where we can enjoy the soft sea breezes while partaking of the scrumptious tidbits prepared by talented culinary masters. Volley ball and croquette games will be kicked off to help work up our appetites for the mouth watering morsels and entrees available for your dining pleasure at 8:00 pm. As dinner winds down the dancing will begin and the games will resume. As the night closes in we’ll light the bon fire where those looking for a little quiet and a chance to catch up with friends can sit around and relax. Friday, June 13^th Raffle Prizes 11:30 am – 12:00 pm We will conclude the 2008 Client Conference with closing remarks. Prizes from the various Partner raffles, and the COCC raffles. The official Conference gift will be distributed to those in attendance.
