Vendor Frequently Asked Questions What is included in the sponsorship fee? All Partners Expo sponsorship fees include complimentary registration for representatives, corporate profile in the vendor book and on the Conference web site, a trade show booth, prominent sponsorship signage and participation in all meals and social activities. For the Platinum, Premiere and Golf sponsorships there are additional benefits specific to these levels of support.
No, it is a requirement that all attending partners participate in a sponsorship

No, Hotel accommodations are not included in the Conference registration fee. Reservations should be made directly with the Hyatt Regency Hotel by clicking here.
Only partners that elect to be a golf sponsor are invited to participate in the client golf tournament.
Booth set up should be done between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm on Wednesday, June 11th.
Wednesday, June 11th during the kick off reception from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday, June 12th during the welcome breakfast which is held in the Expo from 7:30 am to 8:30 am, and all Networking breaks throughout the conference.
No, we have not planned any formal guest activities but there are several attractions in the general area. Click here to check them out.
For Wednesday evening professional attire is appropriate (sports jackets for men – a tie is optional, dress outfit for the ladies). Business casual should be worn during the Conference. Thursday evening will include the opportunity for some outdoor activities resort dress will be appropriate.
