Systems Analyst

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst to participate in various facets of the standard project life cycle.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for business requirement decomposition, analysis, design review, testing and documentation.  Other duties include data and source system assessment, systems design, and daily issue analysis / resolution.

Essential Functions:

• Contribute to the design, installation and maintenance of complex system projects
• Review application lifecycle; analyze and decompose business requirements and translate into functional specifications
• Research and document user IT solutions; collaborate with development team to ensure integrity of design and quality of deliverables
• Obtain design approvals and conduct design walk through
• Oversee system testing, regression testing and parallel testing
• Determine whether or not final code meets success criterion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, or CIS
• Minimum three to four years experience with banking or financial technology systems
• Demonstrated experience in systems analysis and design
• Demonstrated experience in data modeling and testing systems designs
• Strong technical aptitude; intermediate level MS Office skills
• Familiarity with database software, networks and SQL query capabilities
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate into detailed functional specifications
• Ability to convert technical information into user oriented language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and within a team environment

Software Developer I

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an entry-level Software Developer.  This would be an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate seeking to gain experience with state-of-the-art technology.  The ideal candidate will be a motivated, energetic individual who will be trained to work with a team on development projects.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and maintain application knowledge
• Create, write and utilize functional / technical specifications related to enhancements
• Analyze defects in existing software; document and / or make corrections
• Perform Code and unit testing of designs

Qualifications:

• Two or Four year degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• Up to one year software development experience
• Languages: SQL, PL/SQL a plus
• Databases: Oracle, or SQL Server, or Sybase, or DB2, or MySQL
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
