As a member of COCC’s Business Development department working as a Sales Operations Specialist, Gabriella’s focus is to strengthen and support COCC’s sales efforts. Gabriella is involved in organizing product presentations, maintaining the demonstration environment, facilitating RFP responses, preparing pricing proposals, and other sales related activities. Before joining the Sales Operations team, Gabriella worked in the COCC Call Center as a Customer Service Representative for two years. Gabriella is also an active member of COCC’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) initiative, participating in 3 groups and acting as a pillar lead in one.
