As First Vice President of Systems and Programming, Deborah Lynch is responsible for new client conversions, mergers and acquisitions, iBanking conversions and daily support and ongoing software support for the various applications that are integrated with COCC’s core system.
Since joining COCC in 1982, Deb has managed client service support teams, assisted the marketing team with presentations to prospective clients and helped lead the migration of over 100 clients from a mainframe-based system to a client server-based system that is known today as INSIGHT.
Prior to joining COCC, Deb held a branch management position at a local community bank. She graduated magna cum laude from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Deb has also participated in several banking and leadership training programs throughout her career.
