Dianne Peterson

First Vice President, Client Services
As First Vice President for Client Services, Dianne Peterson is a key contributor to COCC’s overall client services model. Dianne is responsible for leading multiple support teams and growing COCC’s project management strategy, as well as ensuring that customer support teams are properly aligned to meet the daily challenges that come with an evolving client base. Dianne brings over 10 years of executive officer experience in banking with more than 30 years in the industry leading all facets of community bank operations, servicing, project management, data systems conversions, and numerous other banking activities.
Dianne studied Electronic Data Processing as well as Business Administration, Banking and Finance at Concord Community College and Finance at Southern New Hampshire University.
