Ashley Gilley is a Product Analyst II on COCC’s Product Management team where she thoroughly tests and documents new feature and enhancement requests prior to client releases. Ashley also plays a key role assisting clients while implementing features such as Targeted Offers, Contact Management and Sales Tracking.
Having joined COCC in 2018, Ashley often engages in various speaking opportunities, whether it is providing a product demonstration or presenting a CRM Overview at COCC’s Annual Conference.
