As Client Success Team Lead, Sara Monroe fosters strong partnerships between COCC and its clients. Upon joining COCC in 2017, Sara worked on the conversions team, becoming a subject matter expert on deposit features within the INSIGHT Core Solution. Sara utilizes her nine years of experience from working at a large northeastern financial institution to establish and maintain relationships with COCC clients.
