Allana Laing is an Item Processing professional, joining COCC in 2001. With her previous background at COCC as a Technical Support Coordinator, Customer Support Coordinator and Conversion Specialist, Allana now manages IP Customer Service activities, interactions, and relationships between the support staff, internal/external clients, and vendors.
Allana also has experience working with the Deposits team where she was a key player in the deployment of the Teller Capture integration with the INSIGHT Core Solution. Today, Allana still leads implementation efforts for Teller Capture and manages the Computershare relationship.
