Brian Marofsky is the Assistant Vice President of Technical Services at COCC, where he leads the Client Care Technical Support and WAN Services teams. Since joining COCC in 2011, Brian has brought over 20 years of IT industry experience, with a strong focus on Help Desk operations, Patch and Vulnerability Management, WAN Connectivity, and Knowledge Management. His leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in driving service excellence and operational efficiency across the organization.
