Jessica Van Wart began her career at COCC as an intern in 2018 and has steadily expanded her professional expertise and banking knowledge. Her starting role as a Platform Analyst provided deep insight into the technical aspects of product development, including product testing and report generation—experience that proved essential to the success of numerous projects. In May 2022, Jessica stepped into the position of Electronic Banking Product Lead.
By 2024, she advanced to Treasury and Instant Payments Team Lead within Product Support, where she now oversees the development and ongoing enhancement of a broad range of Treasury and Payment products. Jessica collaborates extensively with cross‑functional teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on schedule. She is also dedicated to improving the user experience, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.
