Since 2014, Jordan has been working within the Product Development department to help execute COCC’s project goals. In his current role as a Product Manager, Jordan is responsible for the INSIGHT Core Product team as they work to deliver new products and services to COCC’s clients. Jordan also takes the lead on many development needs including prioritizing new INSIGHT features and improvements to existing ones, as well as working with the development teams to ensure the clients’ success and satisfaction with the product.
