Marge brings over 30 years of banking experience to her role, including 20 years with COCC. As a Senior Application Specialist on the Conversion Transition team, she partners closely with new COCC clients to ensure a smooth and successful conversion experience.
Marge serves as a trusted guide before, during, and after the live conversion event by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping clients confidently navigate COCC systems and processes. By collaborating closely with the conversion team and then remaining clients’ primary point of contact for several months post‑conversion, she helps ensure a seamless transition to day‑to‑day support teams.
Her primary focus is on the INSIGHT Loan system, where she leverages her deep expertise to support clients as they get up and running.
