Mark Jaffer has been a member of COCC’s Cash Management team since 2017, ensuring excellent quality of client support. In his current role as a Client Services Manager, Mark oversees the team and continues to assist with implementations and conversions, support, and collaborates with other internal teams to guide the development of cash management products.
