As a member of COCC’s executive team, Matt L’Heureux helps shape the company’s strategic direction at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. A former banker turned technologist, his experience spans technology and product leadership, strategic partnerships, and consulting across data and analytics, digital banking, payments, API integrations, cryptocurrency, and emerging technology.
Matt provides leadership across COCC’s product and engineering organizations while helping advance the company’s broader priorities for growth, efficiency, and forward-looking innovation. Prior to COCC, Matt held a number of positions in community banking with a focus on finance, strategic planning, and technology. Matt L’Heureux is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University.
