As a Sr. Implementation Specialist, Matthew Brand provides quality customer service to COCC clients. In his role, Matthew’s focus is to ensure that our clients’ needs are met during implementations of ITM core integration, Verafin and Centrix Dispute Tracking System. Matthew brings 15 years of experience in the banking industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge in ATM reconciliation, strategic partnerships and regulatory compliance reporting.
