Mitchell Kelley is the WAN Services Supervisor, playing a key role on the WAN Services Support Team leading day‑to‑day operations, focused on streamlining service offerings and supporting scalable growth. Since joining COCC in 2019, he has worked with a number of different technical teams. He spent his first four years as a Field Engineer, supporting a wide range of technology projects for both new and existing cooperative members. He then transitioned into Project Management, where he led various technical initiatives across COCC’s technical teams. This background provides a unique, well‑rounded perspective that bridges both the technical and administrative aspects of complex technology projects.
