Thomas Kaminski brings over 10 years of financial industry experience to his role as Senior Application Trainer at COCC. Prior to joining COCC, Thomas spent nearly a decade in the Retail Banking industry, where he developed a deep understanding of core banking operations and gained firsthand experience with COCC’s INSIGHT core solution, including leading efforts during a core conversion at a local community bank.
Since joining COCC, Thomas has been instrumental in delivering dynamic, client-focused trainings and system implementation solutions across the Deposits sector. He is known for his engaging training style, in-depth product knowledge, and ability to translate complex system functionality into practical, user-friendly solutions. Thomas plays a key role in both in-person and e-learning initiatives, system demonstrations, and new client onboarding processes.
