As a Financial Management Supervisor within COCC’s Financial Management Group, Vlora leads and oversees the implementation, conversion, product management, training, and customer service functions for FMG‑supported products. She ensures that all client interactions delivered by her team are professional, accurate, and aligned with COCC’s service standards.
Vlora is responsible for fostering a strong culture of customer advocacy, promoting proactive communication and a client‑first mindset across the department. She manages and resolves complex client issues, coordinating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. She works collaboratively with internal partners to support system development, product enhancements, and key client engagements. Additionally, she actively participates in project management and vendor management activities to support departmental initiatives and organizational goals.
Vlora holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and business information systems, along with a second bachelor’s degree in finance—giving her a strong blend of technical, analytical, and business expertise. Her career began as a Client Advisor in banking, where she built deep customer‑facing experience and a solid understanding of daily financial operations. She later expanded into loan operations and returned to banking, gaining a well‑rounded background across retail banking, lending, and back‑office processes.
