COCC’s survey results demonstrated that 94% of employees believe that management is honest and ethical, 92% would strongly endorse COCC to their friends and family, and 93% agree that COCC is a safe and supportive workplace that treats everyone fairly and allows people to be themselves.
COCC was one of just two Connecticut companies to be recognized by Cigna as having an Honorable Culture of Well-Being, which rewards companies for the exceptional time, money and resources spent on employee well-being initiatives.
This is the second consecutive year that COCC has made the Marcum Tech Top 40 list, which recognizes technology leaders in six industry sectors.
In addition to being named to the list for the ninth consecutive year, COCC was named the number three Top Workplace in Connecticut in the large business category.
Several COCC clients have been selected by the Connecticut Bankers Association as this year’s New Leaders in Banking.
