The COCC Board of Directors has approved two new promotions into our Officer Team, effective July 1, 2026. These new officers, whose deep knowledge of our service offerings, technology vision, and strong people leadership will be critical to COCC as we grow and scale into the future. 

COCC, a leading provider of core and digital banking technology, has partnered with Rebolt Financial Technology to integrate its modern payments platform into its digital banking platform.

Richard Leone, Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President of COCC, has been recognized for leadership excellence in financial technology, earning the Leadership Award – Editor's Choice honor at the 2026 Banking Tech Awards USA presented by FinTech Futures.
