Steven I. GugliettaAssistant Vice President, Talent TeamsWe’re excited to announce the promotion of Steve Guglietta to Assistant Vice President within our HR Talent Teams. Steve joined COCC in 2009 as an HR Specialist, focusing on training and recruiting. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping our employee training program—an essential part of our strong and successful workplace culture. In 2024, Steve took on a broader leadership role, overseeing both our Learning & Development and Recruitment teams. His dedication to creating exceptional onboarding experiences and ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills needed for today and the future has been instrumental in advancing our HR strategy. In his expanded role as AVP, Steve will continue to enhance our talent programs to meet the evolving needs of our diverse workforce. Throughout Kristian’s tenure, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing and mentoring the Middleware Technology Services team. Under his guidance, the team has excelled in supporting, troubleshooting, and upgrading our iBanking and INSIGHT platforms. In addition to his outstanding achievements in Middleware Technology Services, Kristian has also successfully taken on the leadership of our Oracle & SQL DBA teams.
