Salisbury Bank Chooses COCC’s Adaptability and Service Partnership

Salisbury[1]Southington, Conn., Jan. 2016 – Salisbury Bank and Trust Co., headquartered in Lakeville, CT, has selected COCC as a core provider due to COCC’s flexibility, technology and excellent customer service. The $900 million bank has contracted with COCC for statement printing, mailing services and web hosting, and their experience with COCC’s service culture and partnership spurred them to convert to COCC’s core INSIGHT system later this year.

Since the beginning of their partnership with COCC, Salisbury Bank has been impressed with COCC’s adaptability and willingness to meet their product and system needs. “In the end, it came down to the people, service and responsiveness of the COCC team,” said Richard J. Cantele, Jr., President & CEO of Salisbury Bank. “COCC has really adapted to meet our system and technology needs.” Salisbury Bank will be converting to COCC’s core system as well as iBanking and document management, along with other strategic partnerships.

Salisbury Bank saw opportunities for additional integration with COCC’s full range of products and services. The bank plans to use every relevant piece of technology available, and COCC’s commitment to finding and building solutions to meet clients’ needs became a key reason for Salisbury Bank’s selection. “We offer a technology partnership in which our clients have several best-of-breed product options,” said Richard A. Leone, COCC’s President & CEO. “We look forward to building upon our ongoing partnership with Salisbury Bank and see this as an excellent opportunity to continue exploring new product offerings and overall growth.”

Of course, COCC’s service culture also played a major role in Salisbury Bank’s decision. COCC’s focus on building personal relationships at all levels of the company—from the customer service representative to the CEO—has proven time and again to be the cornerstone of their service culture. “We continue to be impressed by COCC’s great customer service,” said Mr. Cantele. “COCC has provided a fantastic product with a combination of value and service.”
