COCC Celebrates Special Leadership Award & 15 Consecutive Years as a Top Workplace in Connecticut

The award, presented by the Hartford Courant, is based on anonymous employee feedback and a comprehensive culture assessment that evaluates engagement, leadership, and workplace values.
