Richard Leone, Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President of COCC, has been recognized for leadership excellence in financial technology, earning the Editor’s Choice – Leadership Award honor at the 2026 Banking Tech Awards USA presented by FinTech Futures.
The award was announced during the annual Banking Tech Awards USA ceremony in New York City and honors leaders who are making a meaningful impact on innovation, growth, and the future of financial services.

For more than two decades as CEO, he has guided COCC through rapid technological change and evolving industry demands while maintaining a client-first culture and a strong focus on long-term growth. Since becoming CEO in 2002, Leone has led COCC through a period of sustained growth and record revenue performance.
