Derek LarsonAssistant Vice President, Software DevelopmentDerek began his tenure with COCC 17 years ago in the Operations Department and transitioned to Software Development in 2016 where he has been successfully leading the Automated Testing and Release Management teams. He has been instrumental in the evolution of COCC’s automated testing capabilities, helping to improve quality, efficiency, and speed across our platforms. Derek’s forward-thinking mindset and commitment to innovation have played a key role in modernizing our testing practices. In his new role as AVP, Derek will focus on expanding test coverage across all platforms in pace with development, evaluating and implementing AI-assisted tooling, and establishing strong baselines for performance and observability. His leadership will be critical in ensuring we continue to scale effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. Derek will continue to report to Anu Vadali. |

Griffin RossiAssistant Vice President, Lending SolutionsGriffin began his journey with COCC as an intern in 2015, gaining early exposure to the organization before officially joining the Lending Solutions team full time in February 2019 as a Product Analyst I. Since then, he has steadily advanced through several key roles, including Product Lead, Product Manager, and most recently Manager of Lending Solutions. Over the years, Griffin has demonstrated a strong commitment to service and a deep dedication to the Lending Solutions function. Most recently, Griffin played a key role in welcoming the LoanWriter team into the group. His ability to bring teams together and ensure alignment has further strengthened the overall Lending Solutions suite. In his new role, Griffin will continue to lead COCC’s Lending Solutions team, overseeing Encompass and LoanWriter implementations, conversions, and ongoing support, along with several other third-party lending products and partnerships. He will continue to report to Karen Archer. |
