COCC Expands Treasury Education Program Amid Growing Industry Demand

Following strong demand from community financial institutions, COCC recently hosted a focused, limited-enrollment program designed to give treasury and cash management professionals a hands-on learning experience centered on sales strategy, commercial relationship development, and cash management best practices.

COCC’s Cash Management University has traditionally been a core component of COCC’s Treasury & Cash Management Week hosted in March. This year, the program reached capacity, prompting the addition of an expanded session held on May 13–14, 2026 at COCC headquarters. The limited-enrollment format ensures every participant gets the focused instruction and peer dialogue that makes the program effective. The strong demand for a second session speaks to how much that experience resonates across the client community.

Building Trusted Advisors in Commercial Banking

COCC partnered with treasury and cash management industry leaders, Laurel Egan Kenny and Raymond Vines of Turningpoint Communications, to deliver this highly interactive training experience. Through real-world exercises, peer collaboration, and hands-on instruction, attendees explored consultative sales techniques, business development strategies, proposal development, pricing discussions, and methods for aligning treasury solutions with client needs.
