Richard Leone, CEO of COCC, was recognized as the Top Leader among large businesses as part of the 2019 Top Workplaces awards. In addition to being named to the list for the ninth consecutive year, COCC was named the number three Top Workplace in Connecticut in the large business category.
This award highlights companies in various industries that change the workplace culture through leadership, organizational foundation, policy and environment, program implementation, and participation.

In an effort to support its long-term technology needs, the nearly $2 billion credit union viewed COCC’s innovation and flexibility as key factors in building a partnership.
