Certification is a significant achievement. The survey results included more than 1,100 comments on employee experience, providing invaluable insight to the company as it continuously strives to improve the culture and the employee experience. COCC received some of its highest marks in the survey for workplace safety, a welcoming environment and fair treatment of employees regardless of sexual orientation.
