January Promotions

SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (January 3, 2023) – The COCC Board of Directors has approved three promotions within our Officer team and six promotions within our Executive team, effective January 1, 2023. These promotions are evidence of the knowledge, commitment, vision, and leadership of the individuals as they work to ensure COCC’s continued success. Please join us in congratulating these leaders on their well-deserved promotions.

Dave Frauenhofer

Senior Vice President, Product Management

Dave’s industry and product insight has been a tremendous asset to both our clients and our overall product vision strategy. Dave’s strong core system knowledge has significantly helped us deepen our client relationships along with business development efforts. Over the past year, Dave and his teams have been instrumental in successfully launching our newest digital banking theme Maverick along with eOpen in the cloud and the initial phases of the Intelligent UX for INSIGHT. 

Jamie Perry

Senior Vice President & Chief Security Officer

Since joining COCC, Jamie has led the overall security, risk management, and technology people strategy at COCC. She has been instrumental in ensuring our strategic technology visions in these areas are achieved while also focusing on our business priorities and client needs. Her vision of automation, efficiency, and technology improvement has and will continue to bring COCC ongoing success. Jamie will continue her responsibilities as Chief Security Officer. 

Steve Reis

Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Steve has been instrumental in managing our entire infrastructure and technology operations. For many years he has forecasted and strategically expanded COCC’s operations to ensure we remain a top tier technology organization. As we continue to grow, Steve’s abilities are critical to our future success in delivering high availability of service to our clients, building infrastructure for new offerings, and meeting our own technology needs. Steve will continue his responsibilities as Chief Technology Officer. 

Elizabeth Caplan

First Vice President

Elizabeth has provided leadership for all activities pertaining to COCC’s product development and delivery. More recently she has increased her efforts in helping to analyze the feasibility of potential emerging products as a part of COCC’s ongoing mission to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Elizabeth will continue managing the successful teams that implement and support many of these varied product and service lines. At the same time, she will play an active role in helping to evolve COCC’s overall product mix.

Jill Flaherty

First Vice President

Jill has effectively managed and grown our strategic product sales, elevated our marketing activities to promote our business development initiatives, and enhanced pricing-related communications between product managers, relationship managers, sales teams, and clients. Under Jill’s leadership, our marketing and branding efforts have resulted in doubling our Strategic Product sales, leading to our strongest sales year to date. Jill brings incredible energy and passion that has led her and her team to great success.

Michelle Orsini

First Vice President

Michelle has continued to do an outstanding job building and enhancing our client relationship management and client training strategy. Her ability to handle large, complex client issues continues to make her a key player within our overall client service initiatives. Michelle is highly successful in creating a partnership between Relationship Management and our clients while building a strong connection with our internal service teams. Our RM and Training teams today are comprised of very seasoned product, service, and training specialists, and Michelle is a role model for how we see our client service delivery in the future.

Kim Carlone

Vice President

Over the past few years, Kim has been focused on developing a great onboarding experience for all new hires at COCC. She and her teams have continued to earn great marks within our overall workplace experience for recruitment, training, and career pathway opportunities. With an average annual hire rate of over 100 employees, how we onboard talent effectively and efficiently has become a top initiative for COCC. Kim will continue to be responsible for leading our talent teams within recruiting and development. 

Matt Lidestri

Vice President

Over the last 17 years, Matt has filled a number of positions as part of our cybersecurity teams. During that time, he has been an intern, a security analyst, project manager, manager, and officer. As an officer Matt has been integral in growing and developing COCC’s Cyber Defense and Security Operations teams. Matt’s wealth of experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm have led the teams to improve and thrive consistently. Matt’s commitment to cybersecurity extends beyond COCC with his participation in several CISO networking groups.

Deana Wyse

Vice President

Deana currently leads our Item Processing Division, where she draws on her lengthy COCC management experience to assist with many large-scale and complex projects. Once again, she has instilled a strong spirit of cooperation and collaboration across that team. Currently Deana and team are shepherding our clients through the migration process needed for the new FIS hosted Item Processing platform. Her team also manages our relationship with Computershare and all of the service offerings and integration points that partnership demands.
